Engage the brake
pedal
and press the lock release button when shifting gears.
Press the unlock button when
shifting gears.
You can freely move
the
gear shift lever.
When moving the gear shift lever to or from P (Park), or shifting back and forth between R (Reverse) and D (Drive), you must keep the service brake pedal firmly depressed to hold your Kia Sorento completely stationary.
