Kia Sorento: Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) Unit Removal

Second Generation XM (2011-2025) / Kia Sorento XM 2011-2025 Service Manual / Body Electrical System / Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) / Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) Unit Removal

1.	Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.	Remove the LDWS unit cover (A).

3.	Remove the LDWS unit connector (A).

4.

Remove the LDWS unit (A) after widening the mounting clips.

Be careful not to warp the coupler (B) when removing the LDWS unit (A).
