This electronic control device integrated into your Kia Sorento fully complies with Part 15 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules as well as Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada standards RSS-210. Operation of this system remains subject to two fundamental regulatory conditions: first, the device must not generate harmful electromagnetic interference, and second, the unit must accept any received interference—including stray signals that might trigger undesirable operational behavior. WARNING: This radio transmitter has undergone rigorous testing and meets all applicable FCC and ISED guidelines. Any unauthorized structural changes or modifications not explicitly approved by the party responsible for regulatory compliance could instantly void the user’s legal authority to operate the equipment.

Furthermore, this equipment adheres strictly to FCC and ISED radiation exposure thresholds established for uncontrolled environments.
