1.
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
2.
Disconnect the ECM Connector (A).

3.
Remove the battery.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")
4.
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")
5.
Remove the mounting bolt (A) and nuts (B), and then remove the ECM (C).

6.
After romoving the installation nuts (A) and screws (B), romove the ECM (C) from the bracket.
