Front Seat Belt Replacement
  
•
When installing the belt, make sure not to damaged the pretensioner.
1.
Remove the following items first.
A.
Front door scuff trim.
B.
Rear door scuff trim.
2.
Remove the front seat belt anchor pertensioner cover pad (A).

3.
Remove the front seat belt anchor pertensioner after pushing the lock pin with a fiat-tip screwdriver (B).

4.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center pillar lower trim (A).

5.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the center pillar upper trim (B).

6.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the front seat belt upper anchor (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

7.
After disconnecting the pretensioner connector lock pin, remove the front seat belt pretensioner connector (A), loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the front seat belt pretensioner (B).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

8.
Install in the reverse order of removal.

Make sure the connector is connected properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Height Adjust Replacement
1.
Remove the front seat belt upper anchor.
2.
After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the height adjust (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
  
•
Replace any damaged clips.
Front Seat Belt Buckle Replacement
1.
Remove the front seat assembly.
2.
Disconnect the front seat belt buckle connector wiring (A).

3.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the front seat belt buckle (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 Kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
